Shanghai Disney Resort (2012-2017)

Role: Associate Creative Director, Entertainment

Achievement: As a key creative leader, she was responsible for the concept development and direction of all entertainment offerings within the theme park, including stage shows, parades, and the "Ignite the Dream" nighttime spectacular. She successfully built and led a core creative team of writers, directors, and designers. Ms. Zhong personally planned and directed the 2015 Global Press Event and the 2016 Grand Opening ceremony, laying a solid creative foundation for the success of Shanghai Disney Resort.

Universal Beijing Resort (2020-2022)

Role: Senior Show Director

Achievement: As a core member of the opening team, she led the planning and execution of the grand opening ceremony for Universal Beijing Resort in September 2021. She was fully responsible for the creative planning and choreography of all live entertainment in the park, successfully launching a series of highly acclaimed signature shows and playing a pivotal role in the resort's successful debut.

Shanghai Film Group Corporation (2022-2023)

Role: Senior Consultant

Achievement: Led in-depth strategic planning for the digital and immersive expansion of Shanghai Film Group's core intellectual properties, successfully advancing a major upgrade initiative for integrated cultural and commercial experiences. She spearheaded the development of a cross-regional cultural industry fund and designed all-new immersive experience projects for the Shanghai Film Park (Chedun Town), significantly enhancing the commercial value and market influence of classic IPs.
