Achievement: Successfully planned, organized, and managed a team of over 500 personnel and all vendors to ensure a flawless event. The live concert attracted an audience of 80,000 people.
Lady Gaga – Dubai Stadium Concert
Role: Head of Production.
Achievement: Collaborated closely with the artist's team and Live Nation's management to oversee all corporate and government liaison, as well as every aspect of production. The result was a highly influential and successful major event.
U2 – Global Live Stream Event
Role: Head of Production & Management.
Achievement: Successfully produced and managed a landmark global live stream of a live album recording and concert from Electric Lady Studios in New York. The event, which involved coordinating with the band, their management, and all global streaming partners, was a monumental success, garnering over 100 million views.
US Presidential Visit to Saudi Arabia
Role: Senior Producer, overseeing all event elements.
Achievement: Successfully executed 15 major events over 5 days, including welcome ceremonies, 4 fashion shows, summit dinners, concerts, and sporting competitions. Worked in close collaboration with the Saudi General Entertainment Authority (GEA) and the Royal Court, managing an international and local team of over 500 people to ensure the flawless execution of all events.
Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Summit - Riyadh
Role: Senior Producer, responsible for all event components.
Achievement: Planned, developed, and executed all aspects of three distinct summits for this major international gathering. Successfully managed event design, vendors, and personnel for attendees that included leaders and representatives from 55 Arab and Muslim nations.
G8 Summit
Role: Lead Designer and Production Manager for the live music showcase.
Achievement: Delivered a performance featuring world-class musical artists for the heads of state of multiple nations. Coordinated with all relevant international government departments.
Bahrain Ministry of Culture - 'Land of Eternity' Major Production
Role: Project Management, Event Production, and Global Logistics.
Achievement: Collaborated directly with the Bahraini Minister and all government departments. Responsibilities included event design, budget creation, financial management, and coordination of all international vendors and personnel.
Rio Ferdinand Testimonial Match - Manchester United's Old Trafford Stadium
Role: Project & Event Manager, responsible for the global live stream.
Achievement: Successfully managed the technical production and liaison for the global live broadcast of the match and its surrounding events, attracting 95 million online viewers.
2012 London Olympic & Paralympic Games
Role: Venue, Personnel, and Logistics Management.
Achievement: Worked directly with the London Organising Committee (LOCOG) at the Olympic Park. Coordinated all vendors and volunteers, and collaborated closely with core LOCOG members on key matters, including Health & Safety (H&S) protocols.
